Course information

About the course

Your feet are the foundation of your postural biomechanics. They contain reflexology points and transition points for several of the body’s acupuncture meridians. Their condition can influence the functioning of the internal organs, diaphragm, spinal column and the body and mind as a whole. SMART MOVE FEET WORKOUT comprises five deep yet accessible exercises drawn from acupuncture, reflexology and internal martial arts. Together, they create a manageable sequence designed to produce an immediate positive effect on the body and mind. This short workout can be incorporated into almost any daily routine. It helps release stiffness, strengthen the feet, deepen the breath, boost energy and support the internal organs and spine, leaving you feeling more grounded, joyful and connected to the Earth.
